The firm Phillip G. Sinclair, CPA consists of Phillip Sinclair and Kim Salerno.
We have extensive experience in providing a comprehensive range of accounting, financial, tax, and management advisory services to businesses, individuals, and other organizations. In serving each client, we first review that client’s needs and then design services to meet those special requirements. We have a wealth of resources available that allows us to provide our clients with state of the art information, including accounting, payroll processing, tax research, loan financing decisions, tax return processing and tax planning, retirement and estate planning, forecasting, budgeting, and numerous other applications. We preserve the important personal relationship with clients that is the hallmark of a local firm practice. We have an overriding philosophy to provide high quality professional accounting, tax, financial and management advisory services to clients. Professionalism in the accounting profession means integrity, objectivity, independence where required, adherence to professional standards and applicable laws and regulations, and a demonstrated will to maintain and improve the quality of services and to withstand all pressures, competitive and otherwise, to compromise on principles, standards, and quality.
During 2004 we transitioned to a paperless office. We now scan client records into PDF format, freeing up our filing cabinets and allowing us to copy records onto DVD media for offsite backup storage. This allows us to insure your records will be readily available if and when needed, even if a natural disaster occurs at our office.
During 2009 we began using an online secure portal to send and receive client files and records and have multiple ways to securely share data and documents via the internet. To send us files and documents now, go here and click on Send Files To Us.
